1. Submit Your Request
Share your desired item or allow us to guide you. Whether you have a specific Hermès piece in mind or are looking for a curated recommendation, we tailor the search to your vision.

Please include your preferred budget as well as your desired delivery timeframe. Whether more discreet or more expansive, we work within a range that suits you.

2. Feasibility & Alignment
Based on your request, budget, and timeline, we assess availability within our network. As certain pieces are exceptionally rare, delivery timelines may vary. We will always advise transparently on what can be sourced within your timeframe.

3. Secure Your Request
A non-refundable deposit of 25% of the agreed purchase price is required to initiate the sourcing process. This amount will be fully credited toward your final purchase.

4. Private Sourcing
We activate our network to source the most suitable piece—carefully aligned with your request, expectations, and timeline.

5. Presentation & Approval
Once a piece has been secured, we will present it to you for approval. If the initial option isn’t the right fit, your deposit remains valid for continued sourcing.

6. Finalisation & Delivery
Upon confirmation, the remaining balance is settled and your piece is prepared for a seamless, discreet delivery within the agreed timeframe.
