Do you have a physical store?
We currently operate as a private service without a public retail store. Viewings or collections can be arranged by appointment. For security reasons, we do not publicly disclose any address.
Do you sell new or pre-owned items?
Both. Items are either:
- brand new (store fresh or unworn)
- or pre-owned in excellent condition
Condition is always clearly communicated.
Can you source specific items on request?
Yes. You can request specific bags, colors, sizes, or even rare pieces.
Sourcing typically takes anywhere from a few days to a few weeks depending on availability and market.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer and credit card payments. Payment details will be provided once your order is confirmed.
I need a gift but don’t know what to choose. Can you help?
Yes. If you are unsure which item to select, you can share details such as budget, preferences, and the occasion. Based on this, we can recommend suitable options from our pre-order selection or, if needed, suggest a tailored sourcing request.
If your timeframe is limited, please let us know in advance so we can focus on options that can be secured within your desired timeframe.
Pre Order
How does Pre Order work?
You may select your preferred item from our pre-order selection or place a request directly via WhatsApp.
Once your order is confirmed, a deposit is required to initiate the sourcing process. We will begin securing your selected item through our network.
As soon as the item has been sourced, you will be notified and provided with all relevant details for review. The remaining balance is then due to complete the purchase.
Upon receipt of full payment, your item will either be shipped securely or made available for private collection.
If you are unable to find your desired item within our pre-order selection, you may submit a custom sourcing request with your specifications at no additional cost.
Is the deposit refundable?
A deposit is required to confirm your order and begin the sourcing process. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.
In the rare case that the requested item cannot be secured, the deposit will be issued as store credit.
Can I view the item in person before purchasing?
Private viewings may be arranged for selected items.
Viewings are reserved for confirmed clients and require a deposit. Items remain sealed and are not opened or handled during the appointment.
Am I obligated to purchase once you find an item?
Once an item matching your criteria has been secured, it is reserved for you with the expectation of purchase.
In rare cases where the piece is not exactly as expected, we may offer a limited number of alternative options.
Repeated declines may affect future sourcing requests.
How long do i need to wait for my Pre-order item to arrive?
Pre-order timelines depend on the availability of the selected item, as well as its specific model, color, and material. Some items may be secured relatively quickly, while others may require more time depending on market availability.
Once your pre-order is placed, we will provide an estimated timeframe based on the selected item. As availability can vary, timelines cannot be guaranteed.
If your timeframe is limited (for example, for a gift or specific occasion), we recommend informing us prior to placing your order so we can advise accordingly. In such cases, we may suggest alternative items similar to your selection in order to help fulfill your request within your desired timeframe.
Sourcing
Can you find a specific bag for me?
Yes. You can send us the exact bag (model, size, colour, condition), and we will check availability through our network and trusted partners.
If the item is available, we will confirm price and details with you. Once approved, a deposit is required and we begin securing it for you.
How do you find Hermès items?
We source Hermès pieces through established and trusted long-term relationships, as well as a carefully built worldwide network of boutiques, private channels, and private collectors.
Each request is handled individually, allowing us to focus on locating items that closely match your specified criteria in terms of model, size, leather, color, and hardware.
Due to the nature of Hermès distribution, availability is limited and varies over time. Our role is to identify and secure suitable pieces as they become available.

Can you source any bag?
We handle a wide range of Hermès requests; however, due to the exclusivity and limited availability of certain pieces, not all items can be sourced on demand.
Each request is evaluated individually, and while we leverage our network and access to locate highly sought-after pieces, availability depends on current market conditions, boutique allocation, and private offers. Rare pieces, specific materials, and certain colors may involve longer waiting times.
If a request cannot be fulfilled, we will communicate this transparently and, where possible, suggest suitable alternatives or similar options.
How long does sourcing typically take?
Sourcing time depends on the model, color, and material requested. Some items can be found quickly, while rare pieces may take longer.
We will give you an estimated timeframe at the start. If it doesn’t match your expectations, we can suggest alternatives where possible.
As availability depends on market conditions, exact timelines cannot be guaranteed. We recommend being open to a few options to increase the chances of finding your item sooner.
Authenticity
How do you guarantee authenticity?
Each item goes through a two-step verification process.
First, it is checked by our trusted external partners for authenticity. After that, we conduct our own in-house inspection before it is offered to you.
This ensures every piece meets our authenticity and quality standards.
Will my item come with original packaging and receipt?
Yes. Items come with original packaging whenever it is available.
This is always clearly stated in the item description so you know exactly what is included before purchase.
